Objective Retrospectively analysis of patients with hypospadias TIP, to investigate the impact of age on the incidence of urinary fistula after urethroplasty in a tertiary hospital. Methods Between 2009 and 2017, Patients with distal and midpenile hypospadias underwent the TIP procedure were collected. The differences between the incidence of fistula and the age at surgery were compared. Results A total of 234 children were included. Fistula rate is 12. 8%. The incidence of urinary fistula in>6 year group was 29. 8%, which was significant higher than that of <1 year old group (3. 2 %), 1~3 years old group (4. 9 %) and 3~6 years old group ( 13. 5 %). They have significantly statistical differences ( P < 0. 029 ). Conclusion The incidence of urinary fistula after TIP urethroplasty were influenced by the age at surgery, which has a increase trends with ages. Choosing suitable operation age could significantly reduce the risk of urinary fistula after surgery.%目的 比较某三甲医院各年龄组患儿行TIP尿道成形手术的一般资料,探讨一期尿道下裂TIP手术的最佳年龄.方法 回顾性分析2009年至2017年本院收治的阴茎远端型和阴茎中段型尿道下裂一期TIP尿道成形手术患儿临床资料,比较不同年龄患儿手术后尿瘘发生的差异.结果 本组共234例,尿瘘发生率12.8%,其中>6岁组尿瘘发生率29.8%,显著高于<1岁组(3.2%)、1~3岁组(4.9%)和3~6岁组(13.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.029).结论 尿道下裂TIP手术后尿瘘的发生受患儿手术年龄影响,且随年龄增加而呈上升趋势,选择合适的年龄手术能有效降低术后尿瘘的风险.
