目的 观察掌侧斜T型锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的临床疗效.方法 采用国产2.4 mm掌侧斜T型锁定加压钢板治疗22例桡骨远端关节内骨折.结果 21例患者获得随访,时间3～10个月,1例失访.术后3个月X线片提示桡骨远端掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨茎突高度均恢复满意,骨折均愈合.无内固定松动、切口感染、神经血管损伤等并发症发生.末次随访时,根据Garland-Werley腕关节评分标准评定疗效:优15例,良4例,中2例.结论 国产2.4 mm掌侧斜T型锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折疗效良好,且经济实用.%Objective To investigate the curative effects of using the volar oblique T-shaped locking compression plate in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of distal radius. Methods The 22 patients with intra-articular fractures of distal radius were treated by domestic 2.4 mm volar oblique T-shaped locking compression plate. Results The 21 patients were followed up for 3～10 months, 1 patient was lost. The radiographs of 3 months after surgery showed the radial height, inclination radiale and inclination palmaire were satisfied. All the fractures were healed,and there were no internal fixation loose, incision infection or neurovascular injury. At the last follow-up, according to Garland-Wer-ley standard, 15 patients had excellent function, 4 good and 2 fair. Conclusions Domestic 2.4 mm volar oblique T-shaped locking compression plate in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of distal radius can get excellent curative effects, which is economical and practical.
