目的 探讨壳聚糖在兔青光眼滤过手术模型中的抗瘢痕化作用.方法 将健康成年大白兔随机分为实验组(A组),以2.5%壳聚糖液注射手术部位,手术对照组(B组)和正常对照组(C组),A、B组均行青光眼滤过术.术后1、2、4、12周观察眼压变化、成纤维细胞数量、滤过通道瘢痕形成情况.结果 术后3组眼压有显著性差异(P<0.01).A、B组光镜下1、2及12周滤过道处高倍视野的成纤维细胞数量有明显差异(P<0.05).结论 在青光眼小梁切除术中联合应用壳聚糖能够抑制成纤维细胞的增生,起到抗瘢痕形成作用更持久地降低眼压.%Objective It's to study the effects of Chitosan on anti-scarring in rabbits' glaucoma filtering surgery model. Methods Healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into three groups named A, B, and C. Group A, as experiment, was injected Chitosan 2. 5% in the surgery part. Group B was surgery control group, while Group C was normal control group. Glaucoma filtering surgery was conducted both on the Group A and Group B. The changes of intraocular pressure, the amounts of fibroblast cells, and the situation of scar forming were observed and recorded after the surgery in lw,2w, 4w and 12w respectively. Results As far as intraocular pressure is concerned, Significant differences exist among the three groups after surgery ( P< 0. 01 ). Amounts of fibroblast cells in the filtering passage in Group A, whic:h could he examined under high power field, were obviously different from those in Group B after surgery 1 week, 2 weeks and 12 weeks P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Chitosan, when jointly used in the glaucoma filtering surgery, has some certain effect. It could inhibit fibrous proliferating, help to form anti-scarring, and decrease intraocular pressure perpetually.
