青光眼合并白内障手术治疗的研究进展

摘要

随着临床上青光眼合并白内障患者的逐年增多，采用何种手术方式治疗不同类型患者的个体化方案成为眼科医生关注的焦点。手术设备的更新，手术技术的提高，以及手术器械的不断完善，使得手术治疗青光眼合并白内障的手术方式越来越多。本文就青光眼合并白内障的发病机制、手术方式的选择及演变做一综述。%With the aging population , the demand of cataract surgery is high in patients with glaucoma .How to personalize the treatment for best outcomes has become a focus of ophthalmologists 'interest in the past years .More treat-ment options have emerged thanks to the advancement instruments and surgical techniques .In this article we briefly re-viewed the pathogenesis of cataract in glaucoma patients and available surgical treatments and their pros and cons .
