新鲜羊膜多层移植联合免疫调节剂治疗单疱病毒性角膜溃疡的临床研究

摘要

目的：观察新鲜羊膜多层移植联合免疫调节剂治疗单疱病毒性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法32例（32只眼）单疱病毒性角膜溃疡应用新鲜羊膜多层移植，滴用更昔洛韦滴眼液4次/d，0．02％氟米龙滴眼液2次/d，两周后加服左旋咪唑50 mg，3次/d，间歇口服3个月。结果32例单疱病毒性角膜溃疡术后7～14 d炎症控制，4周左右羊膜与病灶创面愈合，遗留不同程度的瘢痕，视力不同程度的提高。随访两年32例中29例2年内未见复发，2例每年复发1次，1例1年内仍多次复发，有效率96．8％。结论单疱病毒性角膜溃疡应用新鲜羊膜多层移植联合抗病毒药加免疫抑制剂氟米龙滴眼液，恢复期口服免疫增强剂左旋咪唑，可以快速有效控制炎症，促进溃疡修复，缩短病程，阻止或减少单疱病毒性角膜溃疡复发。%Objective This thesis demonstrates how amoniatransplantation works , along with the application of im-munomodulator , in treating singled-celled keratohelcosis .Methods 32 cases of herpes simplexkeratitis Apply multi-lay-ered fresh amonia transplantation , Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel four times a day , and Fluorometholone Eye Drops twice a day.After two weeks, add levamisole, three times a day totaling 150 mg, for three months.Result 32 cases of single-celled keratohelcosis inflammation were controlled , within 7-14 days.In four weeks, amnion andthe wounded liaison were healed , leaving some scar .The visual acuity improved .Revisit of them show that 29 of them were stable in eyesight .Two wounds reemerged once a year , one reemerged many times in one year .Such treatment is 96.8%effective in all.Conclu-sion To treat singled-celled keratohelcosis , fresh amonia transplantation combines with antiviral drugs , and immunomodu-lator cowork to contain inflammation instantly .With this treatment , it is not easy for the wound to reemerge .
