观察改良 Y-V内眦成形联合重睑成形术治疗单睑合并内眦赘皮的临床疗效

摘要

目的通过改良Y-V内眦成形联合重睑成形术治疗单睑合并内眦赘皮，并观察其疗效。方法自2014年1月至2014年12月，根据Y-V成形原理，应用改良内眦成形术联合重睑成形术治疗单睑合并内眦赘皮78例。结果术后随访3～18个月，观察术后重睑、睑裂开大情况及瘢痕形成情况，1例内眦部皮肤疤痕明显，2例内眦角略有回退，其余均效果满意。结论采用改良Y-V内眦成形联合重睑成形术治疗单睑合并内眦赘皮的患者，效果满意，稳定，简单易行，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of improved Y-V inner canthoplasty combined double-lid blepharoplasty on oriental eyelid and epicanthus .Methods In this study, seventy-eight patients with oriental eyelid and epicanthus were enrolled from January 2014 to December 2014 .Patients received improved Y-V inner canthoplasty com-bined with double-lid blepharoplasty .The follow-up period ranged from 3 to 18 months.Rates of postoperative double-lid formation, eyelid fissure width and scar formation were observed .Results Obvious skin scar was seen in inner canthus in only 1 eye.Inner canthus slightly recessed in 2 eyes.All other patients were satisfied with the results .Conclusions Im-proved Y-V inner canthoplasty combined with double-lid blepharoplasty is a simple , safe and reliable surgical procedure to correct oriental eyelid and epicanthus.
