婴儿急性硬膜外血肿的手术治疗

摘要

目的 探讨婴儿急性硬膜外血肿的临床及手术特点、预后.方法 对我科进行手术治疗的15例婴儿急性单纯硬膜外血肿临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 15 例病人均存活,13 例恢复良好,2 例手术后出现损伤侧脑梗塞.结论 婴儿硬膜外血肿病情变化快,表现不典型,容易出现缺血性改变,手术中需要注意避免失血并有效控制血容量.%Objective To discuss the prognosis, operative methods and clinical characteristics of acute epidural hematoma in infants.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with acute epidural hematoma in infants performed by operation were analysed retrospectively.Results All patients survived, 13 recovered very well, 2 had cerebral infarction and semiparalysis.Conclusion Acute epidural hematoma in infants might result in ischemia which is different from adults.
