健康信念模式教育对耐多药结核病患者治疗依从性的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of faith - in - health counseling on management of patients with multidrug - resistant (MDR) tuberculosis (TB) compliance. Methods Eighty-four patients with MDR - TB compliance were separated randomly into experimental group and control group, 42 cases for each group. Faith - in - health counseling was applied to the experimental group for comparing compliance treatment with the control group who were given normal heath education. Results Significant differences between these two groups have been detected. Conclusion Faith- in - health counseling plays a viable and effective role in the management of patients with MDR - TB compliance.%目的 探讨健康信念模式教育对耐多药结核病患者治疗依从性的影响.方法 将84例耐多药结核病患者随机分为实验组和对照组各42例,实验组应用健康信念模式进行健康教育,对照组进行常规的健康教育.比较两组患者的治疗依从性.结果 两组患者治疗依从性有明显差异.结论 应用健康信念模式进行健康教育能提高耐多药结核病患者的治疗依从性,是一种切实可行、有效的健康教育方式.
