经口咽通气道吸痰在COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨经口咽通气道吸痰在COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用.方法 将40例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组经口咽通气道吸痰,对照组经口、鼻吸痰.结果 实验组患者吸痰后的呼吸困难明显减轻,肺部听诊痰鸣音减少或消失,血气分析值明显改善.结论 经口咽通气道吸痰效果优于经口、鼻吸痰.%Objective To investigate sputum aspiration from oropharyngeal ventilation tube in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with Type II respiratory failure. Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group sucked phlegm through oropharyngeal ventilation tube, while the control group through oropharynx and nasal cavity. Results After sputum aspiration, dyspnea was evidently alleviated in the treatment group, lung phlegm chirping decreased or disappeared, blood gas analysis value obviously improved. Conclusion The effect of sputum aspiration through oropharyngeal ventilation tube is better than that through oropharynx and nasal cavity
