目的 观察四磨汤口服液对妇科腹部手术后肠蠕动功能影响.方法 将61例妇科腹部手术患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例,两组术后均按妇科腹部手术治疗后进行护理,治疗组加服四磨汤口服液20 mL/次,每隔8 h 1次;对照组接受常规治疗及护理,观察各组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间和腹胀情况.结果 治疗组术后肠鸣音恢复及肛门排气时间明显早于对照组(P<0.01),腹胀情况明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论 四磨汤口服液可以促进妇科腹部手术后肠蠕动功能恢复,有效预防腹胀的发生,方法简单、安全、有效,值得临床推广使用.%Objective To observe the effect of Simotang Oral Liquid on intestinal peristaisis function after gyneconological abdominal surgery. Methods Sixty - one patients who had undergone gynecological abdominal surgery were observed. They were randomly divided into treatment group of 31 patients and control group of 30 patients. All patients of the two groups were nursed carefully after gynecological abdominal surgery. The patients of the treatment group were treated with Simotang Oral Liquid (20 mL/time q 8 h) while the patients of the control group were treated as usual The restoration time of bowel sound and anal exhaust and the distention of the abdomen situation were observed. Results The restoration time of bowel sound and anal exhaust were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. (P＜0.01), the situation of the distension of the abdomen was obviously lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion Simotang Oral Liquid is able to promote the recovery of intestinal function and effectively prevent the distersion of the abdomen after gynecological abdominal surgery.
