运用护理干预降低青霉素皮试假阳性率

摘要

目的 探讨护理干预对青霉紊皮试结果的影响.方法 将2000例患者随机分为两组,对照组1000例,按常规对患者进行青霉素皮试,干预组1000例,运用护理干预对患者进行青霉素皮试.结果 对照组阴性866例,假阳性98例,阳性36例;干预组阴性945例,假阳性21例,阳性34例.经统计学处理,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 运用护理干预能明显降低青霉索皮试的假阳性率.%Objective To explore nursing intervention on the impact of penicillin skin test results Methods The 2000 patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, control group of 1000 cases (the patient according to routine penicillin skin test) and intervention group of 1000 cases (the use of nursing intervention on patients penicillin skin test).Results In the control group of 1,000 cases, 866 cases are negative, 98 cases of a false positive, 36 cases are positive;In the intervention group of 1,000 cases, 945 were negative, 21 patients with a false positive, 34 cases are positive.Through statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant ( P＜ 0.01).Conclusion The use of nursing intervention can significantly reduce the penicillin skin test false positive rate.
