经纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗在坠积性肺炎中的治疗体会

摘要

Objective To discuss the clinical value of using fiberoptic bronchoscopy for alveolar lavage treatment of sank multiplicative pneumonia. Methods 91 patients in bed for several kinds of reasons, that cause pulmonary infection (with/without trachea cut or intubated patients) patients. Using a combination of the bed portable fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of traditional treatment, observing the curative effect. Results 91 patients achieving clinical symptoms after using fiberoptic bronchoscopy for alveolar lavage treatment. Artery oxyhemoglobin saturation with immediate improvement without severe complication. Six patients managed to avoid the trachea cut.And all have been adjusted the position guided by fiberoptic bronchoscopy for patients with trachea cut or intubation. Conclusion Using fiberoptic bronchoscopy for lavage sucking phlegm is a safe and effective treatment method for sank multiplicative pneumonia, and it is worthwhile to popularize the method.%目的 探讨经纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)肺泡灌洗治疗坠积性肺炎的临床价值.方法 对91例因各种原因导致卧床,而发生肺部感染(有/无气管切开或气管插管的病人)的患者,在传统治疗的基础上结合使用床旁便携纤支镜治疗,观察疗效.结果 91例患者经纤支镜灌洗后临床症状缓解,动脉血氧饱和度立即改善,无严重并发症发生.其中6例成功避免了气管切开,并且对于气管切开或插管患者在纤支镜引导下均予调整位置.结论 经纤支镜灌洗吸痰是一种安全有效的治疗坠积性肺炎的方法,值得推广应用.
