Objective To investigate the impact on improving the quality of obstetric doula accompany delivery. Methods 600 pregnant women were randomly divided into 2 groups (300 cases) : Doula group deliveries throughout a work of serious and responsible,midwives have solid medical theory and extensive clinical experience implementing one - to - one companionship by a midwife; The control group was dealed with the conventional production process handling. Results Doula group vaginal delivery rate was higher than that of control group,and postpartumhemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Doula accompany delivery is a humane medical service mode. Doula accompanied delivery childbirth course allows mothers to experience a healthy and pleasant,and make mother and child safety,health,and it is worthy of promotion.%目的 探讨导乐陪伴分娩对提高产科质量的影响.方法 将600例孕妇随机分为2组(各300例):导乐组分娩全程由一位工作认真负责、具有扎实的医学理论及丰富临床经验的助产士实施一对一陪伴;对照组按传统的模式进行常规产程处理.结果 导乐组阴道分娩率高于对照组,产后出血及新生儿窒息均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义.结论 导乐陪伴分娩是一种人性化医学服务模式,可让母亲们经历健康而愉快的分娩历程,使母婴更加安全、健康,值得推广.
