美皮康敷料治疗老年患者一、二期压疮疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察美皮康敷料治疗老年患者一、二期压疮的效果.方法 对2010年发生一、二期压疮的123例老年患者随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组使用传统的压疮治疗方法,观察组应用美皮康敷料治疗,比较两组患者压疮治疗有效率和压疮治愈时间.结果 观察组压疮治疗有效率(98.28％)高于对照组(84.62％),且观察组患者一期压疮治愈时间较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 美皮康敷料能显著提高老年患者一、二期压疮治疗效果.%Objective To observe the curative effect of Mepilex dressing on phase Ⅰ/Ⅱ pressure sore of elderly patients. Methods 123 elderly patients who suffered from phase Ⅰ /Ⅱ pressure sores in 2010 were randomized inoto control group and observation group. The control group was treated with traditional treatment of pressure sores, while the observation group was treated with Mepilex dressing. The treatment efficiency and healing time of pressure sores were compared between two groups. Result The treatment efficiency of the observation group (98. 28 % ) was greater than that of the control group (84. 62 %), and the healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mepilex dressing can improve the curative effect of phase Ⅰ /Ⅱ pressure sore of elderly patients markedly.
