Objective To explore the anesthetic effects of lidocaine by atomizing inhalation with aerohaler before bronchoscope examination.Methods Eighty- six patients were randomly divided into group A which received atomizing inhalation with aerohaler and group B which received thyrocricocentesis, using 2% lidocaine. The anesthetic effects, heart rate and-oxyhemoglobin saturation before and after the inspection were observed. Results The anesthetic effects of the two groups showed no obvious difference beween two groups. The heart rate, and oxyhemoglobin saturation before and after the inspection had no obvious difference. The comfort level of the group A was superior to that of the group B. Conclusion Lidocaine inhalation with aerohaler can reach the standard of bronchoscope examination. It can bring high comfort levelm and it is easy to be accepted.%目的 探讨支气管镜检查前利多卡因经喷雾吸入器雾化吸入的麻醉效果.方法 将86例患者随机分为A、B2组,A组经喷雾吸入器雾化吸入麻醉,B组经环甲膜穿刺麻醉,麻醉药均为2％利多卡因.比较2组麻醉效果,以及检查前后心率、末梢血氧饱和度变化.结果 2组麻醉效果,以及检查前、检查结束时心率和末梢血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义,但A组患者舒适度优于B组.结论 经喷雾吸入器雾化吸入2％利多卡因麻醉可以达到支气管镜检查要求,患者舒适度高,易于接受.
