连续性护理干预在脑卒中患者生活质量中的效果评价

摘要

Objective To explore effects of continual nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with stroke.Methods One hundred and fourteen stroke patients admitted into our hospital from March 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,57 cases each.The control group was treated with medication and routine hospital care and the observation group was given extra continual nursing interventions,including hospital and postdischarge nursing.Quality of life,psychological status and quality of sleep before and after patient care were compared.Results Curative effects of the observation group were markedly better than those of the control group.Conclusion Continual nursing for patients with stroke intervention can significantly improve the their activities of daily living,reduce depression level of patients with stroke,improve the sleep of elderly stroke patients,thereby improve patients' quality of life.%目的 探讨连续性护理干预对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响.方法 选择本院2009年3月-2011年12月收治的脑卒中患者114例,按照随机对照的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组57例.对照组采用药物治疗和院内常规护理,观察组在此基础上加用连续性护理干预.比较2组患者护理前后生活质量、心理状况和睡眠质量.结果 观察组的康复效果明显好于对照组.结论 连续性护理干预可以显著提高脑卒患者的日常生活能力,降低脑卒中患者抑郁水平,改善老年脑卒中患者的睡眠质量,从而提高患者的生存质量.
