中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流联合胸腔内灌注香菇多糖注射液治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流联合胸腔内灌注香菇多糖注射液治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效.方法 将84例结核性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例.治疗组给予中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流联合胸腔内注入香菇多糖注射液进行治疗,对照组给予单纯中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流进行治疗.结果 治疗组治愈率为97.62％,显著高于对照组80.95％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流联合胸腔内注入香菇多糖注射液治疗结核性胸腔积液疗效确切,能有效缩短疗程,且不良反应轻微,值得临床推广.%Objective To discuss the curative effect of central venous catheter closed drainage of thoracic cavity combined with Lentinan injection in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods Eight-four patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were randomly divided into treatment group (n =42) and control group (n =42).The treatment group received central venous catheter closed drainage of thoracic cavity combined with Lentinan injection.The control group only received central venous catheter closed drainage of thoracic cavity.Results The curative rate (97.62％) of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (80.95％) with a significant difference (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Central venous catheter closed drainage of thoracic cavity combined with Lentinan injection in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion can markedly shorten the course of treatment,which has mild side effects and is worthy of wide clinical application.
