重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液对白内障超生乳化手术角膜内皮细胞的影响

摘要

Objective To observe the influence of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) eye drops on corneal endothelial cells of cataract ultrasonic emulsification.Methods Eighty-nine patients (103 eyes) treated with ophthalmology cataract ultrasonic emulsification were randomly divided into 48 cases (56 eyes) in treatment group and 41 cases (47 eyes) in control group.The treatment group received rhEGF eye drops after operation,while the control group received tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops.The corneal endothelial cell count and corneal thickness indicators one week after operation in two groups were observed.Results The recovery of corneal endothelial cells and thickness after operation in the treatment group was significantly faster than that in the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion rhEGF eye drops can promote the regeneration and repair of corneal endothelial cells in cataract ultrasonic emulsification,help vision recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.%目的 观察重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液对白内障超生乳化手术角膜内皮细胞的影响.方法 将接受白内障超生乳化手术的患者89例(103眼)随机分为治疗组48例(56眼)和对照组41例(47眼).治疗组术后给予重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗,对照组术后给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗.比较2组患者术后1周内的角膜内皮细胞计数以及角膜厚度等指标.结果 治疗组术后角膜内皮细胞及角膜厚度恢复速度均显著快于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义.结论 重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液可促进白内障超生乳化手术后角膜内皮细胞的再生和修复,有助于患者术后视力恢复,并降低术后并发症发生率.
