专科支持干预在胃癌根治术围术期中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨个体化专科护理支持在胃癌根治术中的应用效果.方法 将100例胃癌根治术患者按照护理方法的不同均分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个体化专科护理,比较2组的护理效果.结果 观察组术后12h、24 h、48 h的疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,下床活动时间显著早于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组术后的面对评分显著高于对照组,回避与压抑、屈服、幻想的评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 个体化专科护理支持有利于优化胃癌患者术后的应对方式,并降低术后疼痛程度.%Objective To explore the effect of individualized specific nursing support on treatment of patients with radical gastrectomy.Methods 100 patients with radical gastrectomy were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods.The control group was conducted with conventional nursing,while the observation group was conducted with individualized specific nursing.Efficacy of nursing was compared between two groups.Results Pain scores at the time points of 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and time of out-of-bed activity was significantly shorter than the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; Facing score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and scores of withdrawal and depression,yield,fantasy were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Individualized specific nursing support can promote postoperative rehabilitations of patients with radical gastrectomy and reduce the degree of postoperative pain.
