重型颅脑损伤患者的早期促醒护理对预后影响作用的研究

摘要

目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤患者早期促醒护理在改善预后中的作用。方法将60例重型颅脑损伤患者采用随机对照的方法分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用早期促醒护理，比较2组的预后情况。结果观察组护理后的 GCS 评分高于对照组，Karnofsky 预后评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组的意识恢复率高于对照组，并发症少于对照组，家属满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论早期促醒护理可促进重型颅脑患者早期苏醒，减少并发症，改善预后。%Objective To explore the effect of early promoting resuscitation nursing in im-proving the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 60 patients of severe craniocerebral injury were divided into observation group and control group randomly.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given early promoting resusci-tation based on the control group.Prognosis was compared between the two groups.Results GCS score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the prog-nosis of Karnofsky was higher than that in the control group.It revealed that the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Awareness of recovery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and complications were less than that in the control group.Family satisfaction was higher than that in the control group.So the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Early promoting resuscitation can promote the early recovery of patients with severe craniocerebral,reduce the complications and improve the prognosis.
