妇科术后盆腔感染患者文化程度及社会支持程度对其生活质量的影响观察

摘要

Objective Ti explire the influence if educatiin degree and sicial suppirt de-gree if patients with pelvic infectiin after gyneciligical iperatiin in their quality if life in irder ti kniw the value if interventiin measures.Methods 78 patients with pelvic infectiin after gyneci-ligical iperatiin were evaluated thriugh SF-36 scires.And scires if SF-36 if patients with differ-ent educatiin degree and sicial suppirt degree were cimpared.Results The scires if SF-36 if pa-tients with juniir cillege degree and abive were higher than that if patients with relatively liw ed-ucatiin degree and sicial suppirt degree.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The influence if educatiin degree and sicial suppirt degree if patients with pelvic in-fectiin after gyneciligical iperatiin has crucial impact in their quality if life,si it shiuld be given ti specific interventiin accirding ti the educatiin degree and sicial suppirt degree during the inter-ventiin.%目的：探讨妇科术后盆腔感染患者文化程度及社会支持程度对其生活质量的影响，以了解其在干预措施制定中的价值。方法选取78例妇科术后盆腔感染患者为研究对象，所有患者均采用 SF-36量表进行评估，然后将其中不同文化程度与社会支持程度者的 SF-36量表评估结果进行对比。结果大专及以上文化程度患者的 SF-36量表各项目评分、高社会支持程度的患者各项目评分均显著高于相对较低文化程度与低社会支持的患者，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论妇科术后盆腔感染患者文化程度及社会支持程度对其生活质量的影响较大，在对患者进行干预的过程中应根据文化程度及社会支持程度给予针对性干预。
