Objective To explore effective perioperative nursing intervention in otitis medi-a patients with radical mastoidectomy.Methods A total of 50 otitis media patients with radical mastoidectomy given clinical nursing pathway (the observation group)and another 50 otitis media patients with radical mastoidectomy given routine nursing (the control group)were compared,and nursing effects between the two groups were analyzed.Results The health knowledge awareness rate in knowledge of disease,medication knowledge,and postoperative functional exercises in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Anxiety score,depression score, blood pressure and heart rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statis-tically significant(P <0.05).Comfort degree in physiology,psychology,social environment and culture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,complications,hospital-ization time and hospitalization costs were less than those in the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,which revealed that the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the nursing effi-ciency,promote rehabilitation of otitis media patients with radical mastoidectomy.%目的：探讨中耳炎乳突根治术的围术期有效干预模式。方法将实施临床护理路径的50例中耳炎乳突根治术患者（观察组）与实施常规护理的50例中耳炎乳突根治术患者（对照组）进行比较，分析2组的护理效果。结果观察组的疾病知识、用药知识、术后功能锻炼等健康知识知晓率高于对照组，入手术室前的焦虑、抑郁评分、血压、心率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组术后在生理、心理、社会环境、文化方面的舒适度高于对照组，并发症、住院时间、住院费用少于对照组，满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论临床护理路径能够有效提高护理工作效率，促进中耳炎乳突根治术患者的康复。
