目的：探讨细«护理在手术室优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法选择3650例手术患者为研究对象，根据手术时间分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予手术室常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予细«护理，比较2组患者手术配合度及舒适度、护理质量、患者满意度、术后并发症。结果观察组患者舒适率、配合率显著高于对照组，观察组基础护理、规范使用抗生素、候台时护理和手术室护理质量评分均显著高于对照组，观察组沟通评分、正性心理疏导、护理服务态度、护理操作准确及时等均显著高于对照组，观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。结论细«护理有助于增强患者舒适度与配合度，并能提高护理质量，降低手术并发症发生率。%Objective To analyzed application effect of detail nursing on high quality nurs-ing service in the operation room.Methods A total of 3650 surgical patients were divided into ob-servation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observa-tion group was additional given detail nursing.Surgery cooperation,comfort degree,nursing quali-ty,patient satisfaction and complications were compared between two groups.Results Comfort-able rate and cooperation rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the con-trol group.Basic nursing,standardized antibiotics usage,operation waiting nursing and nursing quality score in operation room were significantly higher than that of control group.Communication score,positive psychological counseling,nursing service attitude,and accurate and timely nursing procedures were significantly higher than that of control group.And complications were significantly lower than that of control group.All the results above revealed that the differences were statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion Detail nursing can improve comfort and cooperation of pa-tients,improve quality of nursing and reduce the surgical complications.
