食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘患者应用腹腔持续冲洗护理的效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous intraperitoneal irrigation in patients with esophageal carcinoma complicated with anastomotic fistula.Methods A total of 90 esophageal cancer patients with anastomotic fistula in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with intraperitoneal continuous washing and the control group was treated with routine care.The healing effect of anastomotic fistula,healing time of anastomotic fistula,quality of care,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The effective rate of anastomotic fistula healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;The healing time of fistula in the observation group was shorter than in the control group,the score of nursing in the observation group was higher.The incidences of complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Intraperitoneal irrigation with esophageal squamous cell fissure can improve the treatment of anastomotic fistula effectively,shorten healing time,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of care and patients' satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的 探讨食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘患者应用腹腔持续冲洗护理的效果.方法 回顾分析本院行食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘的患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例.观察组患者采用腹腔持续冲洗护理,对照组采用常规护理.观察2组患者吻合口瘘愈合效果、吻合口瘘愈合时间、护理质量评分、并发症发生率以及护理满意度.结果 观察组患者吻合口瘘愈合有效率高于对照组;观察组吻合口瘘的愈合时间短于对照组,护理治疗评分高于对照组;观察组并发症发病率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组.结论 食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘患者应用腹腔持续冲洗护理能够有效提高吻合口瘘的治疗效果,较少愈合时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理质量和患者满意度,值得临床推广应用.
