心理干预护理对儿童功能性消化不良患者的应用及影响

摘要

目的 探讨心理干预护理对儿童功能性消化不良患者的应用及对生长发育及消极情绪的影响.方法 选取本院治疗的儿童功能性消化不良患者200例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为2组各100例.对照组行常规治疗及护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上予心理干预护理,比较干预前后2组焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、消化系统功能评分、睡眠质量评分及血清胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)和营养指标.结果 干预后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组消化系统功能及睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、前白蛋白(PA)、IGF-1水平均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 心理干预护理可有效改善功能性消化不良患儿消极情绪,提高患儿睡眠质量,优化消化系统功能,促进患儿生长发育.%Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on children with functional dyspepsia and its effect on their growth and development and negative emotions.Methods A total of 200 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All the patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine care interventions,and the patients in the observation group were treated with psychological intervention on the basis of nursing care.The scores of Hamiltonian Anxiety Scale (HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),digestive function score,sleep quality score and serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and nutritional index were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After intervention,the digestive system function and sleep quality score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);After treatment,the levels of retinol binding protein (RBP),transferrin (TRF),prealbumin (PA) and IGF-1 were significandy higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of children with functional dyspepsia,improve children's sleep quality,optimize the function of digestive system,and promote children's growth and development.
