目的 探讨加速康复外科理念应用于泌尿外科腹腔镜围术期护理中的效果.方法 选择泌尿外科收治的腹腔镜手术患者204例,以随机数字表分为对照组与研究组各102例,对照组采用常规围术期护理模式,研究组采用加速康复外科理念进行围术期护理,观察并对比2组引流管留置时间、静脉输液时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率以及术后排尿与胃肠功能恢复情况.结果 研究组引流管留置时间、静脉输液时间、尿管留置时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组术后首次排气时间、首次排尿时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 加速康复外科理念应用于泌尿外科腹腔镜围术期护理中效果显著,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,缩短康复时间,保证康复质量,适于在临床推广.%Objective To study effect of rapid rehabilitation concept for perioperative laparoscopic surgery patients in urology department.Methods A total of 204 laparoscopic surgery patients admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and research group,with 102 cases in each group.Control group adopt conventional perioperative nursing model,and the research group applied rapid rehabilitation concept nursing.Drainage tube indwelling time,intravenous infusion,urine tube indwelling time,length of hospital stay,postoperative complications,and postoperative micturition and gastrointestinal function recovery of two groups were compared.Results The drainage tube indwelling time,intravenous fluids,urine tube indwelling time and hospital stay in research group were lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative exhaust time,the time to first micturition,the time to first defecation were lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation concept in laparoscopic surgery in perioperation has obvious application effect,and it can effectively reduce the probability of the postoperative complications,shorten the recovery time,ensure the quality of recovery,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
