胆源性胰腺炎手术后并发症分析及护理对策研究

摘要

目的 探讨影响胆源性胰腺炎手术后并发症的相关因素,以采取相应的护理预防对策.方法 选择本院接受手术治疗的226例胆源性胰腺炎患者,收集临床资料,分析影响胆源性胰腺炎手术后并发症的相关因素.结果 经logistic回归分析,年龄≥60岁、合并症、手术时机＜2个月、开腹式手术、未严格执行无菌操作、未加强健康宣教、未加强基础护理、未密切观察术后生命体征及未积极采取相关并发症的预防措施为影响胆源性胰腺炎手术后并发症的独立因素.结论 针对引起术后并发症相关因素积极的采取相应的护理对策,以降低胆源性胰腺炎患者术后并发症的发生率,提高患者预后.%Objective To investigate influencing factors related to complications of biliary pancreatitis,and its preventive measures.Methods Clinical data of 226 biliary pancreatitis cases after surgery in our hospital was collected and relevant factors affecting complications after operation.Results The logistic regression analysis revealed that age ≥60 years,complications,surgical time ＜ 2 months,abdominal surgery,no strict sterilization,no strengthened health education,no close observation of vital signs and no preventive measures were independent factors affecting complications.Conclusion Positive care measures can reduce the incidence of postoperative biliary complications,and improve patients'prognosis.
