PICC在白血病化疗中的感染危险因素及护理干预对策

摘要

Objective To analyze the risk factors of PICC in leukemia chemotherapy and discuss its nursing interventions.Methods A total of 160 patients with leukemia chemotherapy underwent PICC in our hospital were selected,and the risk factors of PICC infection in leukemia chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed,and reasonable nursing intervention measures was put forward.Results Totally 12 leukemia patients(7.5％) occurred PICC catheter-related infection,which was closely correlated to time of catheter,chemotherapy courses,number of changes,number of puncture and age of patients.Conclusion The risk factors of PICC infection in leukemia chemotherapy were time of catheter,chemotherapy,frequency of dress changes,the number of puncture and age of patients.And it is necessary to strengthen nursing intervention in the treatment to prevent the occurrence of PICC catheter infection,prolong time of catheterization and ensure the safety of patients.%目的 分析经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在白血病化疗中的感染危险因素,并探讨护理干预对策.方法 选取本院行PICC置管的白血病患者160例,采用回顾性分析治疗过程中PICC在白血病化疗中的感染危险因素,并提出相应合理的护理干预措施.结果 160例患者中12例(7.5％)发生导管相关性感染,其与置管感染与置管时间、化疗疗程、换药次数、穿刺次数、患者年龄等因素密切相关.结论 PICC置管过程中主要感染危险因素有置管时间、化疗疗程、换药次数、穿刺次数、患者年龄等,需要在治疗过程中加强护理干预,预防PICC导管感染的发生,延长置管时间,保证患者安全.
