新疆北疆地区哈萨克族脑梗死患者内皮细胞蛋白C受体基因的特异表达

摘要

Objective To investigate the distribution of endothelial protein C receptor( EPCR) gene A6936G and allele,to study the correlation between EPCR A6936G Gene Polymorphism and cerebral infarction in Xinjiang kazak. Methods Gene polymorphism frequencies of EPCR A6936G were identified by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism in 80 cerebral infarction patients and 100 healthy kazak persons. Results Patients with cerebral infarction have 3 kinds of genetic: type A/A(254 bp) ,A/G(254 bp,290 bp) ,G/G(290 bp) ,and the control group only have two genotypes,no G/G type,The distribution has significant difference(P<0. 01). Conclusion EPCR A6936G polymorphism can be detected in xinjiang kazak which may be correlated with the increasing risk of thrombosis in cerebral infarction patients.%目的 了解哈萨克族脑梗死患者内皮细胞蛋白C受体(EPCR) A6936G基因型及等位基因的分布特征,探讨EPCR A6936G基因多态性与哈萨克族患者脑梗死之间的相关性.方法 运用多聚酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术检测80例哈萨克族脑梗死患者及100例健康体检者的EPCR A6936G基因多态性分布情况.结果 80例脑梗死患者有3种基因型:A/A基因型(254 bp)、A/G基因型(254bp、290 bp)和G/G基因型(290 bP),而100例健康体检者只有2种基因型,没有发现G/G型,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 EPCR A6936G基因变异可能与脑梗死的发生发展具有一定的相关性.
