简易低廉的时辰化疗减轻顺铂毒性的临床观察

摘要

Objectives To explore and seek an easy and low cost way of chronochemotherapy, in order to improve quality of life, tolera-bility of chemotherapy and clinical effect of patients with malignancy. Methods In this self - control study, 50 patients were firstly treated with cisplatin - based chronochemotherapy in an easy and low price way ( group A ), and then treated with traditional chemotherapy of same drugs ( group B ). The toxic reactions of these two treatment courses were evaluated according to WHO standard toxicity criteria for anticancerous drugs, and the data were analyzed by using chi - square test and t - test. Results The incidence rate of nausea/vomiting was significantly lower in course A than in course B( x2 = 11.84 , P 0. 05 ). Conclusion Results of this trial suggest a fairly good clinical effect of this easy and low cost way of chronochemotherapy and it can reduce the toxicity of cisplatin, as compared with traditional chemotherapy. This new way of chronochemotherapy may improve quality of life, tolerability of chemotherapy and clinical efficacy of patients.%目的 通过简易低廉的时辰化疗方式减低顺铂的毒性,以提高患者化疗的耐受性、疗效和生活质量.方法 50例含顺铂化疗方案的患者,接受简易低廉的时辰化疗(试验组)或常规化疗(对照组),治疗药物完全一样.毒副作用观察评级参考世界卫生组织抗癌药物常见毒副作用分级标准判定,两组病例资料数据采用χ2检验与t检验进行效果分析.结果 试验组患者恶心、呕吐轻,两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=11.84,P0.05).结论 时辰给药方式可减轻化疗药物产生的毒副作用症状,与传统化疗方式相比可提高患者化疗的耐受性和治疗效果,为患者带来化疗期间好的生活质量,患者接受治疗依从性高.
