Objective To investigate the thrombolytic effective of different dose and administration route on deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods 60 patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs were divided into three groups. In group A the 20 patients received urokinase 1000,000 IU through veins of upper limb administration route. In group B the 20 patients received urokinase 500,000 IU through affected limb deep vein administration route. In group C the 20 patients received urokinase 500,000 IU through veins of upper limb administration route.Results Effective power in group A and B was 95.0% , while in group C it was 55.0%. There was significant difference in effective power among the 3 group. The group A and B were better than the group C ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Thrombolysis with large - dose urokinase could acquire well therapeutic effect, which also increased risk of hemorrhage. Administration route of affected limb deep vein was effective and safe.%目的 探讨不同剂量及给药途径对下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效的影响.方法 60例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者分为三组,A组20例,给予尿激酶100万IU,通过上肢静脉途径给药;B组20例,给予尿激酶50万IU,通过患肢深静脉途径给药;C组20例,给予尿激酶50万IU,通过上肢静脉途径给药.结果 A组和B组有效率均为95.0%,C组有效率为55.0%,三组比较有统计学意义,A组和B组分别与C组相比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 大剂量尿激酶溶栓可以取得良好的溶栓效果,但同时也增加了出血的风险,经患肢深静脉给药可取得良好疗效,方法安全.
