目的 探讨原发性脑膜瘤的诊断与治疗方法.方法 对我院2007～2010年3月来收治的17例原发性脑膜瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 头部CT或MRI可确诊原发性脑膜瘤.17例患者,14例手术全切除治愈出院,2例次全切除好转出院,1例放射治疗.随诊3年,13例痊愈,3例复发,1例死亡.结论 由于诊断、麻醉、手术设备与治疗技巧的进步,脑瘤治疗成功率大大提高.但由于脑瘤的性质与解剖特点,某些脑瘤处理仍属于难题,有待早诊早治.%Objective To discuss the method of diagnosis and treatment in patients with primary meningioma. Methods The clinical data of 17 patients admitted in this hospital during 2007 to March 2010 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results Among these 17 patients, total surgical excision was taken in 14 of them and all of them were discharged with cure, subtotal excision was carried out in 2 patients and they were discharged with improvement of the disease, and radiotherapy was carried out in 1 patient after the operation. The follow - up study for 3 years demonstrated that cure was seen in 13 cases, relapse occurred in 3 cases, and death happened in 1 case. Conclusion The successful rate in treatment of encephaloma has significantly been raised due to the progress in diagnostic approaches, technique in anesthesia, surgical equipment and therapeutic skill. But it is still a difficult problem for treatment to be solved due to the nature and anatomical characteristics of encephalomas,and early diagnosis and treatment is the best way for successful treatment of certain encephalomas.
