Human Cholangiopathies: Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis and Primary Biliary Cholangitis

Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and primary biliary cholangitis/ cirrhosis (PBC) are human cholangiopathies with distinct clinical features, pathophysiology, and treatment. The primary objective of this presentation will be to review the clinical presentation, natural history, and current management approach of both disorders.
