子宫内膜VEGF、MVD表达和子宫腺肌病、痛经、月经过多的关系研究

             

摘要

目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、微血管密度(MVD)在子宫腺肌病(AM)中的表达及意义,探讨其表达与AM的发生与痛经、月经过多的相关性.方法 采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测51例AM患者在位及异位子宫内膜及40例正常子宫内膜组织中VEGF的表达及MVD值.结果 VEGF、MVD在AM异位内膜中的表达均明显高于正常内膜及在位内膜(P<0.05);VEGF与MVD分别呈正相关(P<0.05);VEGF、MVD在AM在位内膜组中的表达与AM患者月经过多呈正相关,与痛经无相关性.结论 VEGF、MVD在AM异位、在位内膜中的高表达,提示局部血供丰富和新生血管形成与AM的发病及月经过多有关.%Objective To study the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) and microvessel density( MVD )in eutopic and ectopic endometria in patients with adenomyosis and their clinical significance in occurrence of menorrhalgia and menorrhea in patients with adenomyosis.Methods Eutopic and ectopic endometrium specimens of 51 patients with adenomyosis after hysterectomy and 40 normal endometrium samples as control group were examined and studied.Expressions of VEGF and MVD in endometrial cells were examined by SP immunohistochemicai method.Results ①Expressions of VEGF and MVD in ectopic endometrium tissue were significantly higher than those in eutopic endometria and normal controls ( P < 0.05 ).②The expression of VEGF was positively correlated with MVD ( P < 0.05 ).③Menorrhea had positive correlation with the expressions of VEGF and MVD in eutopic endometria of patients with adenomyosis ( P < 0.05 ).Menorrhalgia was not correlated with the expressions of these factors in eutopic endometria of patients with adenomyosis( P > 0.05 ).Conclusion The high expressions of VEGF and MVD in eutopic endometria suggest that angiogenesis is related to the pathogenesis of adenomyosis and menorrhea.
