目的 探讨转化生长因子β-Ⅱ型受体(TβRⅡ)和磷酸化Smad2(P-Smad2)蛋白在食管癌发生和发展中的作用.方法 应用Western blot技术对38例手术切除的食管癌标本和12例癌旁组织中的TβRⅡ、P-Smad2的表达进行检测.结果 食管癌中TβRⅡ、P-Smad2的表达明显低于癌旁组织,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);但TβRⅡ、P-Smad2的表达在不同临床病理特征(年龄、性别构成比、组织分化程度、有无淋巴结转移)中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 食管癌组织中存在TβRⅡ和Smad2 的蛋白表达异常,可能与食管癌的发病有关.%Objective To investigate the expression of TβR Ⅱ and its downstream P - Smad2 in esophageal neoplasms. Methods Western blot technique was used to detect the expression level of TpR II and P - Smad2 in 38 cases of esophageal neoplasms specimens and 12 cases of paracancerous esophageal tissue. Results In all the 38 cases of esophageal neoplasms specimens, both TβRⅡ and P - Smad2 expressions were decreased. There were significant differences in TβR Ⅱ and P - Smad2 expressions between esophageal neoplasms and paracancerous esophageal tissue ( P 0.05 ). Conclusion The results suggest that the levels of TβR Ⅱ and P - Smad2 may play important role in the progression of e-sophageal neoplasms.
