脑干听觉诱发电位在早期诊断重症手足口病中的临床价值

摘要

Objective Discuss the clinical significance of detection of BAEP ( Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential ) for the early diagnosis of serious HFMD ( hand - foot - and - mouth disease ). Methods BAEP detection for three group patients: control group ( 35 normal children ), common HFMD group ( 35 common HFMD patients ), serious HFMD group ( 30 serious HFMD patients ). We analyze PE, 1PE and V/I respectively. Results The difference of BAEP detection results between control group and common HFMD group have no statistics significance, but the difference of BAEP detection results between common group and serious HFMD group have statistics significance. Conclusion BAEP have rather clinical significance for early diagnosis of serious HFMD, so BAEP would be the good early routine detection method for HFMD.%目的 探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的检测在早期诊断重症手足口病中的临床意义.方法 分别对住院的一般手足口病患儿35例及重症手足口病患儿30例进行脑干听觉诱发电位检查,并以正常健康儿童35例作为对照组,分析各组的波潜伏期(PL),波间期(IPL),波幅比值(Ⅴ/Ⅰ).结果 一般手足口病组(无神经系统受累)与正常对照组BAEP以上各个检测指标比较差异无统计学意义,而重症手足口病组(神经系统受累)与一般手足口病组及正常对照组比较,BAEP的各个检测指标差异有统计学意义.结论 BAEP对重症手足口病的早期诊断具有比较大的临床意义,可作为手足口病的早期常规检测方法.
