医师多点执业政策患者意愿调查与分析

摘要

Objective To explore the influential factors and suggestions for management on multi-site licensed policy for medical doc-tors. Methods A special questionnaire is designed to take a survey for patients from a class III grade I hospital;and the result of questionnaire had been deeply analyzed. Results Patients attending the survey are optimistic about multi-site licensed policy for medical doctors and their awareness on this policy is high but the implementation is low. Conclusion According to opinions of participating patients,these suggestions to the relevant policy are proposed in order to improve the implementation of multi-site licensed policy for medical doctors.%目的：从患者角度探讨推行医师多点执业政策的影响因素与管理建议。方法采用自编问卷对某三级医院患者开展问卷调查，对于问卷结果进行分析研究。结果患者对于医师多点执业持乐观积极的态度，政策知晓程度高，但政策实际执行度低。结论针对患者参与愿意，旨在推动医师多点执业政策具体落实，有针对性地提出相关政策及建议。
