乳腺癌组织中Bmi1的表达及意义

         

摘要

Objective To detect the expression of Bmi1 in breast cancer and analyze the relationship between its expression and breast cancer clinicopathological features. Methods Samples of 79 breast cancer tissues from different patients were collected. Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of Bmi1 and E - cadherin. The relationship between Bmi1 expression and the clinicopathological features and E - cadherin expression of breast cancers were analyzed. Results Bmi1 was expressed in about 31. 6%(25/79)of breast cancers tissues. The expression of Bmi1 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,but not related to age,tumor size and histologic grade. The expression of E - cadherin was about 57. 0%(45/79),and negatively correlated with Bmi1 expression. Conclusion Bmi1expression was related to metastasis of breast cancer. The Bmil expression may be a new molecular marker of epithelial - mesenchymal transition in breast cancer.%目的:检测乳腺癌组织中Bmi1蛋白的表达,探讨Bmi1蛋白的表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征相关性。方法收集79例乳腺癌组织标本,利用免疫组化的方法检测Bmi1和E-cadherin的表达,分析Bmi1蛋白的表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征和E-cadherin的表达相关性。结果 Bmi1蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达率约31.6%(25/79),Bmi1蛋白高表达与淋巴结的转移呈正相关;Bmi1蛋白的表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级无关。E-cadherin的表达率为57.0%(45/79),Bmi1蛋白的表达与E-cadherin的表达呈负相关。结论乳腺癌组织中Bmi1蛋白的表达与乳腺癌的转移有关,有可能成为预测乳腺癌发生上皮间质转化的新分子标记物。
