冷循环射频消融技术在肝细胞癌中的疗效及其对患者调节性T细胞的影响

摘要

Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to discuss curative effect of radiofrequency ablation on cancer of the liver and the effect of RFA on Treg cells of patients. Methods Clinical data of 50 patients with cancer of the liver received treatment from August 2013 to December 2014 was retrospectively analyzed. The included patients were given the treatment of RFA. The liver function and the changes of Treg indexes of patients before and after the treatment were compared. Results The levels of ALT,AST,TBIL in patients after the treatment of 4 weeks all obviously decreased. The differences had statistical significance. The proportions of CD4 +,CD8 +,FoxP3 in patients after the treatment were all obviously higher than those in patients before the treatment. Conclusion The treatment of RFA could remarkably improve the liver func-tion of the patients with cancer of the liver. The treatment also had the significant effect on Treg of patients.%目的：探讨冷循环射频消融技术（ RFA）在肝细胞癌患者中的疗效以及对患者调节性T细胞（ Treg）的影响。方法对2013年8月至2014年12月收治的50例肝细胞癌患者行RFA治疗，比较患者治疗前、治疗后的肝功能指标以及Treg指标的变化。结果治疗4周后患者的丙氨酸氨基转移酶试剂盒（ ALT）、谷氨酸氨基转移酶（ AST）及总胆红素（TBIL）水平均有显著的下降，差异具有统计学意义（ P <0.01）；患者治疗后的CD4+、CD8+、FoxP3比率较治疗前均有显著的下降（ P <0.01）。结论 RFA治疗可以显著改善肝细胞癌患者的肝功能，并且对患者的Treg也有着显著的影响。
