米非司酮联合中药宫瘤消对子宫肌瘤患者细胞因子和性激素水平影响研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of patients with uterine fibroids and their impact mifepristone in the Palace of tumor cap-sule on cytokines and eliminate sex hormone levels. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014,100 patients with uterine fibroids were en-rolled in this study,who were divided into control group(50 patients treated with mifepristone)and research group(50 patients treated with mife-pristone combined with palace eliminate tumor capsule). Clinical efficiency,levels of cytokines and sex hormones,adverse reactions were com-pared in the two groups. Results The study group patients after the effective 94. 0%,significantly higher(70. 0%),comparison with statistical significance( P ﹤0. 05). Compared with the previous treatment,the two groups of patients after treatment,interleukin-2(IL-2)levels were significantly increased,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)levels were significantly lower,estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and other hormone levels were significantly lower( P ﹤0. 05). Compared with the control group,IL-2 levels observed in patients after treatment significantly increased,TNF-α,E2,P,FSH,LH and other levels were significantly lower( P ﹤0. 05). After treatment,the total adverse reaction occurs of the observation group patients was 20. 0%,was significantly lower than the control group(40. 0%),comparison with statistical significancebetween groups( P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion Compared with mifepristone alone,mife-pristone combined with palace eliminat tumor capsule is more significant in the improvement of cytokines and sex hormone levels and the reduce of side effects. It is worth clinical application.%目的：探讨米非司酮联合中药宫瘤消胶囊对子宫肌瘤患者的疗效及其对细胞因子和性激素水平的影响。方法选取自2013年1月至2014年1月来接受治疗的100例子宫肌瘤患者作为本次的研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为单独米非司酮治疗组和米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗组，即对照组和观察组，每组50例。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效，治疗前后血中细胞因子和性激素的水平情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为94.0%，明显高于对照组（70.0%），差异具有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。与治疗前相比，两组患者治疗后白细胞介素2（IL-2）水平明显升高，肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）水平明显降低，雌二醇（E2）、孕激素（P）、促卵泡素（ FSH）、促黄体素（LH）等激素水平明显降低（ P ﹤0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组患者治疗后的IL-2水平明显升高，TNF-α、E2、P、FSH、LH等水平均明显降低（ P ﹤0.05）。观察组患者治疗后不良反应总发生率为20.0%，明显低于对照组（40.0%），差异具有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论与米非司酮单独治疗相比，米非司酮联合中药宫瘤消胶囊对子宫肌瘤患者的疗效更为显著，对细胞因子和性激素水平的改善效果更好，且减少了副作用，值得在临床上推广应用。
