Objective To study the influence of rhEGF(recombinant human epidermal growth factor)on the express of deep second de-gree burn wound K19(keratin 19). Methods 70 healthy SD rats,were randomly divided into study group and control group,35 rats in each group. The burn model was prepared by steam burn method and all the pathological sections of deep second degree burn. After 2 h modeling re-search group treated with rhEGF gel,the control group treated with Sulfadiazine Silver Cream,and both time were 28 d. The wound healing rate, the positive rate of K19 in different time points and the number of fibroblasts in the wound tissue were compared between the two groups. Results In the study,wound healing rate in 4 d,7 d,11 d and 15 d between study group and control group were statistically different( P 0. 05),but those in 4 d,7 d and 11 d were statistically different( P 0. 05),but those in 7 d and 14 d were significantly difference( P 0.05),第4、7、11天研究组大鼠创面组织 K19阳性细胞率显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性( P 0.05),研究组大鼠第7、14天创面成纤维细胞数量明显高于对照组( P <0.05)。结论大鼠实验结果提示,rhEGF通过促进 k19阳性表达,增强创面表皮干细胞的增殖分化,从而加速深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合,具有显著性效果,值得临床推广。
