口服维生素 D3在老年高血压患者协同治疗中的作用研究

摘要

Objective To observe the synergistic effect of vitamin D supplementation in patients with hypertension. Methods One hun-dred and twenty - eight patients with hypertension(group 1)were given with conventional antihypertensive drugs,while other 128 patients with hypertension(group 2)were additionally supplemented with vitamin D3(33 000 IU,every 2 weeks,for 3 months). Besides detection of diastolic and systolic blood pressure,serum levels of calcium,albumin - corrected calcium,phosphorous,albumin,alkaline phosphatase,and 24 h level of urinary creatinine were examined in patients of both groups before the treatment and 3 months after the treatment. Results After treatment for 3 months,patients in group 2 supplemented with vitamin D showed more significant decrease in systolic blood pressure. Patients in this group also showed significant increase in serum level of calcium as well as albumin - corrected calcium with a decrease in level of phosphorous( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The results of this study confirmed that supplementation of vitamin D can reduce the blood pressure in hypertensive patients,and it should be correspondence with supplemention of antihypertensive drugs.%目的：观察口服维生素 D 补充剂在老年高血压患者协同治疗中的作用。方法共纳入256例高血压患者，随机分为两组，第一组（128例）仅给予传统的抗高血压药物治疗，第二组（128例）除了给予抗高血压药物，还给予补充维生素 D3（33000 IU，每2周一次，共3个月）治疗。比较两组治疗前和治疗3个月后的收缩压和舒张压水平，以及血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶、白蛋白、白蛋白矫正钙和24 h 尿肌酐水平。结果与第一组相比，治疗3个月后，第二组出现了收缩压的显著降低，同时也出现了血清钙以及白蛋白矫正钙的显著增加及血清磷的降低（ P <0.01）。结论研究的结果提示补充维生素 D 可以显著降低老年高血压患者的血压，可作为补充剂与抗高血压药物共同使用。
