经皮激光椎间盘汽化术与椎间盘摘除术在腰椎间盘突出症临床对比及疗效评价

摘要

Objective To compared the clinical effect of percutaneous laser disc vaporization technique and discectomy of lumbar disc herniation,and to explore its treatment methods and efficacy. Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation from September to October 2015 admissions were studied,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40 patients in each group. The study group were treated with percutaneous laser disc gasification surgery and the control group were treated with discectomy treatment. Compared and observed the VAS,SLRT value records ,recent forward curative effect and complications in the two groups before and after surgery. Results Preoperative, VAS values,SLRT degree of two groups patients were compared,there was no statistically significant difference (P > 0. 05). After surgery,VAS values,SLRT degree of the two groups were decreased,compared with the preoperative with statistically significant difference (P 0. 05). The short - term efficacy of the study group was 80. 00%,the control group was 72. 50 %,the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0. 05). The long - term efficacy in the study group was 97. 50%, the control group was 85. 00%,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05);术后,两组患者的VAS值、SLRT度数与术前比较,均有所下降(P0.05);研究组的近期疗效优良率为80.00%,对照组的的优良率为72.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的远期疗效优良率为97.50%,高于对照组的优良率85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率2.5%,低于对照组的并发症发生率18.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 经皮激光椎间盘汽化(减压)术与经皮椎间盘摘除术均对治疗椎间盘突出症患者均安全有效,但经皮激光椎间盘汽化(减压)术手术操作简便,并发症发生率低,远期疗效显著,值得临床上推广.
