翼状胬肉并白内障患者翼状胬肉切除术及超声乳化术后人工晶体度数计算的研究

摘要

目的 探讨翼状胬肉并白内障患者翼状胬肉切除术联合超声乳化术后人工晶体度数的计算.方法 选取2014年1月至2015年6月期间收治的64例翼状胬肉并白内障患者作为研究对象.所有患者给予翼状胬肉并白内障患者翼状胬肉切除术及超声乳化术治疗.对人工晶体度数进行计算,考察所有患者手术后角膜散光、散光、裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、平均角膜屈光度改善情况,分析人工晶体度数计算误差情况及术后不良事件发生情况,并采用Spearman相关性分析翼状胬肉大小、平均角膜屈光度与计算误差相关性.结果 64例患者术后角膜散光、散光、裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、平均角膜屈光度均有显著改善(P＜0.05);45.3％的患者人工晶体度数计算误差在0.5D内,78.1％的患者人工晶体度数计算误差在1.0D内;Spearman相关性分析结果显示翼状胬肉大小、平均角膜屈光度与计算误差存在显著相关性;4.8％的患者术后出现不良事件.结论 翼状胬肉切除术联合超声乳化术治疗翼状胬肉并白内障疗效显著,安全性高,人工晶体度数计算准确度较高,值得临床应用推广.%Objective To investigate predictability of intraocular lens power calculation after simultaneous pterygium excision and cataract surgery.Methods During January 2014 to June 2015 period in our hospital,64 cases of patients with pterygium and cataract were selected,all patients were treated with simultaneous pterygium excision and cataract surgery.Artificial lens power were calculated.Corneal astigmatism dominant astigmatism,uncorrected distance visual acuity,corrected distance visual acuity,the average corneal refractive power to improve the situation were observed.IOL power calculation error condition and postoperative adverse events were analyzed,and correlation of pterygium size,the average corneal refractive and power calculation error were analyzed by spearman correlation analysis.Results Postoperative corneal astigmatism dominant astigmatism,uncorrected distance visual acuity,corrected distance visual acuity,corneal refractive average of 64 cases were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05).45.3 ％ of patients with IOL power calculation error was within 0.5 D,78.1％ of patients with IOL power calculation error was within 1.0 D.Spearman correlation analysis showed there were significant correlation of pterygium size,the average corneal refractive and power calculation error;4.8％ of patients appeared adverse events.Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with cataract surgery is significant effect,safety,and intraocular lens power calculation accuracy is high,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
