目的 初步检测基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)及上皮钙粘素-E(E-cadherin)在子宫腺肌症病灶与内膜-肌层界面(EMI)处内膜的表达情况,了解MMP-7及E-cadherin在子宫腺肌症发病中的作用.方法 前瞻性选取2010年3月至2011年10月因子宫腺肌症行全子宫切除或次全子宫切除的子宫标本40例,同时以子宫良性病变(如子宫肌瘤)行全子宫切除或次全子宫切除的子宫标本30例为对照组.采用免疫组化检测MMP-7及E-cadherin在子宫腺肌症病灶、子宫内膜-肌层界面处组织中的表达水平,测定这两种蛋白分子表达的阳性单位(PU值).结果 MMP-7在子宫腺肌症组中病灶和内膜-肌层交界处内膜表达水平明显高于对照组;子宫腺肌症病灶和内膜-肌层交界处内膜E-cadherin的表达下调.结论 与子宫良性病变相比,子宫腺肌症患者病灶和内膜-肌层交界处内膜MMP-7表达增高,E-cadherin表达下调,可能参与了该疾病的发生发展过程.%Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs)-7 and E-cadherin (E)in both adenomyotic lesions and eutopic endometrium of endometrial-myometrial interface (EMI),and to determine the correlation between MMP-7 and E-cadher-in in the development of adenomyosis. Methods 40 adenomyosis samples and 30 uterine fibroids were collected from the department of gynaecolo-gy in the Jingzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine. MMP-7 and E-cadherin were detected in all samples by immunohistochemistry. Resluts The MMP-7 immunoreactivity was significant increased in adenomyosis ectopic foci and the eutopic endometrirm. On the contrary,the expression of E-cadherin was obviously decreased in adenomyosis ectopic foci and the eutopic endometrirm. The expression of MMP-7 and E-cadherin were negatively correlated in these two groups. Conclusion In comparison with paitents with benign lesion of uterus,patients with uter-ine adenomyosis have increased expression of MMP-7 and lower expression of E-cadherin in both adenomyotic lesions and eutopic endometrium of EMI,and which could participate in the process of occurrence and development of uterine adenomyosis.
