目的 观察右美托咪定术前滴鼻用于白内障手术患儿的镇静效果.方法 择期白内障手术患儿60例,年龄2～5岁,随机均分为三组:术前30 min分别滴鼻右美托咪定1μg/kg (D1组),2 μg/kg(D2组)和等容量生理盐水(C组).观察患儿入睡时间；滴鼻30 min后评估患儿镇静评分、与父母分离时情绪状态、对面罩吸入诱导接受程度.结果 D2组入睡时间为(11.28±3.45)min,明显短于D1组的(21.65±4.26)min(P＜0.05).镇静评分及与父母分离时情绪状态评分,D2组＞D1组＞C组(P＜0.05).面罩接受评分,D2组优于D1和C组(P＜0.05).结论 术前经鼻滴入右美托咪定2 μg/kg产生良好的镇静作用,可作为小儿术前用药的一种选择.择期白内障手术患儿60例,年龄2～5岁,随机均分为三组,术前分别滴鼻右美托咪定1 μg/kg(D1组),2 μg/kg(D2组)和生理盐水0.01ml/kg(C组).观察患儿入睡时间(起效时间).30 min后根据Funk评分法评估患儿意识状态、与父母分离时情绪状态、对面罩吸入诱导耐受程度；记录术毕拔管时间和苏醒时间.%Objective To observe the sedation effect of intranasal dexmedetomidine premedication on cataract childrea Methods Sixty cataract children, aging 2 5 years, weighing 10-20 kg, were equally randomized into 3 groups receiving intranasally dexmedetomidine 1 μg/kg (group Dl), 2 μg/kg (group D2) and the same volume of saline (group C) 30 min before operation, respectively. The children's time for falling asleep was observed. Thirty minutes after premedication, the sedation score, the profile of mood state apart from parents, and the receipt score of face mask for anesthesia induction were evaluated. Results The children's time for falling asleep in group D2 was (11.28+3.45) min, which was shorter than in group Dl (21.65 + 4.26) min (P<0.05). The sedation score and the profile of mood state apart from parents were group D2>group Dl>group C (P<0. 05). The receipt score of face mask was higher in group D2 than in group Dl and group C. Conclusion Premedication with intranasal dexmedetomidine 2 fig/kg before the operation produces a good sedation effect, which may be used as a choice for children premedication.
