Objective: In order to effectively improve the movement function of children with cerebral palsy ,to understand the clinical value ot acupuncture in rehabilitation therapy for the cerebral palsy children with motor dysfunction. Methods:85 children with cerebral palsy were randomly devided into treatment group(43 cases) and control group(42 cases). All the children got the treatment with motor function training. In addition, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture. Carry out control analysis of the treatment effect for two groups and the scores of Gross Motor Function Measure ( GMFM) for the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 90. 7% in the treatment group and 66. 7% in the control group. The treatment group was superior to control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups; the scores of Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM)between two groups had no significant difference before the therapy, but had a significant difference after the therapy. Conclusion: Acupuncture can effectively increase the efficacy of cerebral palsy children and improve their movement function significantly.%目的:为有效改善脑瘫患儿的运动功能,观察针灸在小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍康复治疗中的临床价值.方法:将85例脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(42例),两组均接受运动功能训练.治疗组在接受运动功能训练的同时加用针灸治疗.对照分析两组治疗后效果及两组治疗前后粗大运动功能测量量表(GMFM)评分.结果:治疗组总有效率为90.7％,对照组为66.7％,治疗组优于对照组,有统计学意义；对照两组患者治疗前粗大运动功能测量量表(GMFM)评分显示,差异无显著性,对照治疗后评分显示,差异有显著性.结论:针灸能有效提高脑瘫患儿的治疗效果,明显改善其运动功能.
