头部电针透刺对脑卒中抑郁症病人治疗前后脑电图变化的影响

摘要

目的：观察头部电针透刺配合体针治疗脑卒中抑郁症（ PSD ）病人前后脑电图的变化。方法：使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HAMD）和Zung抑郁自评量表（ SDS）进行评定抑郁程度，观察治疗前后脑电图的变化。结果：所有患者经30天治疗后，临床有效率为86．25％。 HAMD总分和SDS指数较治疗前比较均明显下降，差异有统计学意义。治疗前后脑电图检查比较，异常率从治疗前40％降低到治疗后15％，且均为轻度异常。治疗前后比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论：头部电针透刺配合体针治疗PSD有改善患者脑电图中异常脑电波的作用，该研究为头部电针透穴刺法治疗PSD的临床疗效提供了理论依据。%Objective:To observe the effects of scalp electroacupuncture point -through-point and scalp treat-ments for stroke patients with depression about EEG before and after treatment .Methods:Use hamilton rating scale for depression ( HAMD) and Zung selfrating depression scale ( SDS ) to assess degree of depression and observe the changes in EEG before and after treatment .Results:After 30 days of treatment ,the clinical effective rate was 86 .25%.Total scores of the HAMD and SDS index were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment .The difference was statistically significant .Comparison of EEG before and after treatment ,the abnormal rate is declining from 40%before treatment to 15%after treatment,with mildly abnormal.There was a significant difference before and after treatment ( P<0 .01 ) .Conclusion:There are positive improvements for stroke patients with depression about abnormal changes in EEG , and it provides theoretical basis for clinical treatment of PSD by electroacupuncture scalp point -through-point .
