目的：观察眼针配合天麻素穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：采用随机抽样法将观察病例分为眼针配合天麻素穴位注射治疗组40例，针刺对照组40例，药物对照组40例。对3组临床疗效进行评定。结果：治疗组痊愈22例，显效15例，好转2例，无效1例，总有效率97.5％；药物对照组痊愈11例，显效12例，好转9例，无效8例，总有效率80％；针刺对照组痊愈13例，显效12例，好转6例，无效9例，总有效率77．5％。结果：3组治愈率比较有显著差异（ P＜0．01），治疗组疗效优于针刺组、药物组（P＜0．01）。结论：眼针配合天麻素穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显高于针刺及药物治疗。%Objective:To observe the efficacy on patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by eye acupuncture combined with gastrodine point injection .Methods:Random sampling observed cases were di-vided into the group of 40 patients by eye acupuncture combined with gastrodine point injection , the first control group with 40 patients by acupuncture , the second control group with 40 patients by medicine ,and the clinical efficacy of three groups was evaluated .Results:In the treatment group , 22 cases were cured after treatment;15 cases were markedly improved;2 cases were improved and one case was ineffective ,and the total effective rate was 97.5%;in medicine control group , 11 cases were recovered;12 cases were markedly improved;9 cases were improved;8 cases were ineffective , and the total effective rate was 80%;in acupuncture control group , 13 cases were recovered;12 cases were markedly improved;6 cases were improved;9 cases were ineffective , and the total effective rate was 77 .5%.There was a significant difference of curative rates among three groups ( P<0.01 ) , and the treatment group was better than the acupuncture group and the medicine group ( P<0 .01 ) . Conclusion:Eye acupuncture combined with gastrodine point injection for patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type has a better efficacy compared with only acupuncture or medicine treatment .
