针刀治疗股外侧皮神经卡压综合症的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupotomology in treating the lateralfemoral cutaneous nerve. Methods: Ninty patients with the lateralfemoral cutaneous nerves were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 45cases and a control group of 45cases. The treatment group received acupotomology therapy and the control group received acupuncture therapy. Results:The cure rate was 84. 4% in the treatment group,and 68. 8% in the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion; Acupotomology therapy is an effective way to treat the lateralfemoral cutaneous nerve.%目的:观察针刀治疗股外侧皮神经卡压综合症的疗效.方法:把90例股外侧皮神经卡压综合症患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,治疗组采用针刀治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗.结果:1个疗程后治疗组的愈显率为84.4％,对照组的愈显率为68.8％,两组比较差异具有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论:针刀疗法是一种治疗股外侧皮神经卡压综合症的有效方法.
